NOTE: If you are planning to arrive early you can't use the online reservation form. You will have to call 1-877-834-3613 and make your reservation thru the agent. If you use code "HHR" for early arrivals the system will tell you no rooms are available (but they are). Early arrivals must be made as two reservations -- one reservation for the early nights and one reservation (using the code "HHR") for Friday and Saturday nights. The reservations clerk will then have to tie the two reservations together to allow you to keep the same room. You can't do that online.

NOTE: The Interstate 630/430 intersection is under massive construction. What today's map shows will change by summer. The downtown to West Little Rock I-630 ends at the Shackleford stoplight. It literally ceases to exist as I-630 and continues West as Financial Centre Parkway. Locals will say Chenal Blvd - the signs will say Financial Centre Parkway. Visitors need to know that the Crown Plaza Hotel is located at 201 South Shackleford; between the intersection of I-630 at Shackleford and that of Markham at Shackleford; two of the busiest intersections in Little Rock. Very busy by Little Rock standards. You may prefer to stay close and walk but locals strongly advise against it.
